Because of the digital nature of the products we provide, all sales are considered final once the account details have been securely delivered to you. We do not offer "change of mind" refunds.
If the provided account details are incorrect, the game is missing, or the account is inaccessible upon initial delivery, we will first attempt to provide a replacement account. If we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.
Your right to a replacement or refund is immediately voided if you violate our Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to change the account email or password, sharing the account details with others, or attempting to play games in Online Mode.
If you believe you are eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with your order details. We will investigate the issue and process the request accordingly.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
